JeetBaz Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to JeetBaz. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between JeetBaz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and every person who registers an account and uses the JeetBaz website and services ("you", "the Player", "the Account Holder"). By accessing the JeetBaz platform, completing the registration process, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all aspects of using JeetBaz — including browsing the platform, participating in games, claiming bonuses and promotions, using the referral programme, accessing the VIP Club, and making deposits or withdrawals. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the JeetBaz platform.

JeetBaz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of JeetBaz after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

JeetBaz is designed and operated primarily for players based in Pakistan. JeetBaz makes no representations about the legal status of its services in jurisdictions outside Pakistan.

2.3 Mental Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are of sound mind, capable of making independent financial decisions, and that you are not acting under coercion, undue influence, or dependency of any kind. Players who have been diagnosed with a gambling disorder or addiction are strongly encouraged to use our self-exclusion tools before playing.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one active JeetBaz account. Creating or using multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — is a serious breach of these Terms. JeetBaz actively monitors for duplicate accounts using technical and analytical methods. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, all accounts will be closed and all balances — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — will be forfeited in full. Players who knowingly create duplicate accounts to exploit bonus offers are subject to permanent platform ban.

3.2 Registration Accuracy

During registration, you must provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your full name, date of birth, current Pakistan mobile number, and any other information requested. JeetBaz does not accept registrations with false information. If your details change after registration — particularly your contact number or payment method details — you must update your account information promptly. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if account information does not match the payment method used.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JeetBaz account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. JeetBaz will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or phone. JeetBaz is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

JeetBaz accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though JeetBaz reserves the right to apply limits in individual cases where required for compliance or risk management reasons.

All deposits must be made from payment methods that are held in your own name and registered to the same identity as your JeetBaz account. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' accounts — are not permitted and may result in funds being held pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a registered payment method associated with your verified JeetBaz account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawal processing times are 5–15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and up to 6 hours for IBFT bank transfers. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

JeetBaz may request identity documentation before processing withdrawals — particularly first-time large withdrawals or where account activity triggers a compliance review. Requested documentation must be provided within 7 days or the withdrawal request may be cancelled (funds remain in the account). JeetBaz is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times.

4.3 Dormant Account Funds

If your JeetBaz account has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months, it will be considered dormant. A monthly administrative fee may be applied to dormant accounts after this period. JeetBaz will make reasonable attempts to notify you by email before any fee is applied. Funds in dormant accounts remain the property of the player and may be withdrawn by logging back in and completing any outstanding verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New JeetBaz players are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The specific terms of the welcome bonus — including the match percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum deposit, eligible games, wagering requirement multiplier, and expiry period — are published on the Promotions page. These terms are part of these Terms and Conditions and are incorporated by reference. The welcome bonus is available once per player, once per household, and once per device. It cannot be claimed by existing account holders who have previously made a deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All JeetBaz bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means you must wager the total of your bonus amount (or your bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) that many times before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagers on different game types may contribute differently toward the wagering requirement — for example, some games may contribute 100% and others 50% or 10%. The contribution rates for each game category are published alongside each bonus offer.

5.3 Bonus Validity

All bonuses have an expiry date — typically 7 to 30 days from activation, as specified per offer. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it are forfeited automatically. Extensions are not granted except in exceptional circumstances at JeetBaz's sole discretion.

5.4 Referral Programme

The JeetBaz referral programme allows registered players to earn Rs 500 PKR cash for each qualified referral — defined as a new player who registers using your referral link and makes a qualifying first deposit of Rs 500 or more. Referral credits are real PKR cash with no wagering requirement. They are credited within approximately 15 minutes of the referred player's deposit being confirmed. Referrals must be genuine new players — existing accounts that create new accounts to exploit referral credits will have all associated accounts terminated.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

JeetBaz actively monitors for bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses with low risk (also known as "bonus hunting"), or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. JeetBaz reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void related winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is confirmed. The decision of JeetBaz on matters of bonus abuse is final.

6. Games and Betting

6.1 Game Availability

JeetBaz provides access to a range of game categories including crash games, Aviator, jackpot slots, fishing games, live casino, and more. Game availability may change without notice — JeetBaz reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games at any time for operational, licensing, or compliance reasons. If a game is removed while active bets are in progress, those bets will be settled according to the game's rules at the point of removal or refunded at JeetBaz's discretion.

6.2 Game Fairness and RNG

All games on JeetBaz use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. Neither JeetBaz nor any third party can manipulate game outcomes. For provably fair games such as Aviator, players can independently verify individual round results through the in-game verification tool. 6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game on JeetBaz has published minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits exist to ensure fair access for all players and to manage platform risk. 6.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or system fault that affects game outcomes, JeetBaz reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' real-money wallets. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction period are not honoured. JeetBaz is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

7. Responsible Gaming

JeetBaz is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all Pakistani players on the platform. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge and are accessible from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified time period. Exceeding this limit prevents further play until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive in-game notifications after a set duration of continuous play, reminding you how long you have been active.
• Cool-Down / Time-Out — Take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-down, your account is suspended and you will not receive promotional communications.

8. Player Conduct

Players using JeetBaz are expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward JeetBaz staff or other players
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process illicit funds
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing fraudulent documents during verification
• Attempting to reverse deposits after funds have been wagered (chargeback fraud)
• Sharing your account credentials with others or using another player's account

JeetBaz cooperates with relevant authorities when required and reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity without prior notice to the player involved.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the JeetBaz platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, graphics, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of JeetBaz or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any JeetBaz content without prior written consent. Scraping platform data, reverse-engineering game software, or reproducing any part of the JeetBaz interface for any purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from technical faults beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. JeetBaz's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 JeetBaz-Initiated Suspension

JeetBaz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent activity, is using the platform for money laundering, or has provided false identity information. In cases of confirmed fraud or abuse, balances may be forfeited in full.

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your JeetBaz account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure that your wallet balance is withdrawn — once an account is closed, the process of recovering remaining funds may take additional time. If you are closing your account due to concerns about your gambling behaviour, please consider self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools rather than a standard account closure, as it provides additional protections.

12.3 Disputes

If you believe a withdrawal has been processed incorrectly, a bonus has been applied wrongly, or your account has been suspended without valid cause, contact JeetBaz support within 30 days of the event. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes not raised within 30 days may not be eligible for review.

13. Changes to These Terms

JeetBaz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Continued use of JeetBaz after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
